Work It Baby Work It = # 2

Check out what the Wii Fit told me.

Yes, I have increased instead of decrease!

What did I do wrong?...

1. Going to the restaurant twice in a week

2. Eating cheese burger and chips, KFC chicken wrap, pop corn while watching TV, Nasi Goreng (fried rice with egg on top, YUM :)

3. Drinking lots of fizzy drinks

4. Working out on the Wii Fit just once and attempting to swimming once.

5. Not being determined enough.

Those were not healthy things to do.

But I am not going to be harsh on myself. I will try harder next week and hopefully I will get better. Because if I don't work those ... off, I might just pile more on when I am preggo.

If you are trying to be healthy and determined to stay healthy, please link your blog. I would like to learn from you.

Have a great weekend.

Today I am hopping about.
Between the Lines

  1. I'm trying to stay healthy too. I was planning on writing a post on my health routine. I was waiting until I made the 21 day mark which will be tomorrow. I know what you mean about trying to get in better shape before pregnancy--that has been my goal for the past few months. Just keep at it. Don't let those days set you back, let them inspire you to work harder :)

  2. new follower from friendly friday!

  3. I am your newest follower. I hope you can follow me back at http://mylifeadventurebyme.blogspot.com/2010/09/saturday-blog-hop.html. I can give you all kind of baby advice, especially after having 4 kiddos.
    God Bless,

  4. Following you from Saturday Stalk for Savings!!! Cute blog!!!!

  5. You can only be so hard on yourself...being healthy is partially taking a break every now and then and then getting back on...if you're too hard on yourself now it will be hard to accept how your body changes in pregnancy! Linked up my Finding Me Monday Posts - would love it if you stopped by and linked up on Mondays - doesn't have to be a Monday post!

    New follower too!

  6. ooohh...with all those temptaions it may be be hard, but it will definitely be worth the challenge.

I think the first step is a mental goal. You must be determined and have your future baby in your head for inspiration that he/she is the reason you're doing this.

I think taking baby steps will get you there, along with discipline...and maybe some smoothies.. there are some terrific healthy ones. =)

PS. Thank you so much for your sweet words on my post. They were very encouraging.

  7. Thanks Chic Mama, for your words. I was not focusing on the initial goal, which is: I want to be fit for my future baby.

I will follow your advice and have that in mind.

    Have a great Sunday.

  8. Oh the fight to lose instead of gain. Its def a fight that I am all too familiar with, uugghh. I make up tons of excuses and dont wanna do the hard work, its annoying and at the end of the day I dont have the time or energy to work out. But I moved my weights to my living room in plain sight and hope hope HOPE I use them more. Good Luck!!

Yes, I L*O*V*E them and look forward to receive great advice and encouragement. Let me know you are here, just write hi :)
