Work It Baby Work It = # 1

When we first bought it we were on it all the day long.

But then due to laziness lack of time we stopped using it and now our Wii Fit is a dust collector.

It has been nearly three months that I was absent from it. However, from today I am going to use my Wii Fit again. I don't want to forget while I am doing this journey in this way, no matter the outcome.

But let me come back to the focus: Wii Fit. I like the programme because it slowly takes you into the mode to do fitness workout. I started my day by doing 1 hour mix of routines. As much as I like it, Wii Fit can be very rude.

Just read what it told me after some body agility test.

After this rudeness I decided to check my BMI.

I am in the healthy zone (25.0 is overweight) but I need to lower work it down, because in my opinion I am on the border line. I have set a new goal. To reach 23.66MBI by September 3th.

The following are some of my favourite routines.I know alone it will be difficult, therefore if anyone out there would like to be fit on the Wii fit please let's team up and be a support to each other. I believe that working in team for a month we can achieve something. {pardon the bad pics qualities}

Please join me in this Wii Fit challenge. Just link so I can stop by your blog.

  1. Well I can't join this challenge as I don't have Wii Fit although it would make a nice present (does my hubby read this blog? lol). Good luck with it.

    One thing I've started that I love to the point I'm planning to take an instructor course is hoola hooping. Have you tried it? It's fun, and a great calorie burner. I've blogged about it and hoping to start classes for mums in London soon!

  2. I'm in the same boat as "Babes about Town". I don't own a Wii fit but I'll be cheering you on. I've started back on a regular routine of working out to get in shape for pregnancy too. I plan to blog about it soon once I have a routine going. LOL. I will check in to see how you're doing regularly:)
