Hello everyone.
First of all, thanks so much for the warm welcome to this lovely community of writers. I really enjoyed getting to know many of you but due to time I couldn’t comment on some blogs I stopped by to read. I will try my best, between the children naptime, to respond to all your comments and stop by your blogs to say hello.

How I did on last week’s goals
I wanted to do 2000 words research for my WIP, I managed to get about 1600 wds down
My goal(s) for this week
My aim this week is to do more 2000wds research for the story. Develop the character even more.
A favourite line from my story OR one word/phrase that sums up what I wrote/revised
“You’re your own saviour.” That’s what my mother always tells me.
The biggest challenge I faced this week (ex. finding time to write)
Finding time to research and write was very challenging. From Thursday until Saturday we were camping. Before that I had to wash clothes and get us ready. Yesterday had to go food shopping and meet up with some friends. But I’m happy to say that baby boy is getting into a bedtime routine so I’m going to work more after he goes to bed in the evening and try to go to bed early and try to wake up early to write some more.
Something I love about my WIP
It’s rekindling my love for cultural history. Also after completing Wasting Away this story tis pushing itself onto me. It wants to be told; I’m scared and excited me to see where it will lead itself.

ReplyDeleteIt's so great to see that you're so passionate about what you're writing. Sometimes setting goals can make it feel so much like work, but it's nice to remember that you write because you LOVE to. Have a great week!
