7 Years Blogging Wisdom

Yesterday my little blog celebrated seven years.

7, one of my daughter's favourite numbers (she is five so that can change again).

Seven years of blogging.

Wow, so much has happened since the first time I wrote my first post entry. I was sharing my journey towards motherhood undercover. Since then Lord has given me two beautiful children. Now he is straightening our family.

I want to thank all my readers for following along with my journey. If you have been following me for these past seven years then you've noticed how much my able online space has evolved. I've had amazing opportunities through this space. When I first started to blog on this platform I wanted to be incognito but this same place has helped me come out of my shell.

I've found blogging to be therapeutic to me. I've met amazing ladies and for a very scaredy person as I can, opening up to the world was a challenge.

But blogging has thought me that when you let go of fear good things happen.

You see, now I know that Lord was working in His mysterious way when I started this blog. That along the way everything that has happened hasn't happened by coincidence but He had a bigger plan for me.

In September I started the Alpha course which brought me closer to my Lord, Jesus Christ, the Father, now I have a better relationship with Lord through the Holy Spirit.

It was during the course that my purpose in life became clearer. I've been praying about it and I want Lord to lead the way for me and my family.

God wants us to be fearless, to be strong, watchful, stand still and be quiet in Him. He loves us so much, He will never let us fall. All we have to do is have faith and believe that we are victorious in Him.

For the next chapter of my blogging and my personal life I want Lord to hold my hand firmly, to fill me with His Holy Spirit so I can be fearless as He wants His children to be. To be a testimony of His beautiful glory.

I hope to use this platform the way He wants me to: exploring deeply my purpose in life.

May God bless you all and reinforce us with His Holy Spirit so that we will be fearless, still, watchful and quiet people, in His holy name, to glorify Him.
